The Tax Office has developed a fillable TFN (Tax File Number) declaration form which is available on their website.
This means you will no longer need to order the form and wait for it to be posted to you. All you need to do is download it from the ATO website.

Once it is filled, print it off and get your employee to sign the form. The original form will then need to sent to the address on the form within 14 days.
Don’t forget to keep a copy for your files.
Alternative these forms can be lodged electronically through your payroll software (Eg. Xero) or through other SBR enabled software.
