Outstanding support is our commitment to every student at Applied Education. International students have access to qualified trainers during their classes and can arrange one-on-one support sessions with their trainers, if necessary.  Our online Support ticket can be accessed at any time when students encounter any issues with their studies, standard response times for tickets are 1-3 business days. 

There is a support services team to help you with settling into life in Perth, Western Australia, plus; phone support Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm, a Facebook study group for peer support with other students, and Online forums to post questions about the course content. 

Once enrolled in your course, you will receive your course timetable with term dates and holidays. We recommend you arrive 2 weeks before your course starts. 

Airport Arrival
You must declare any food you bring into the country, Australia has strict immigration and biosecurity laws. In Australia, the cultural expectation is that if you are unsure you are doing the right thing, you should ask.  

Getting from the Airport
There are 3 transport options into the city centre – bus, train and taxi/ride share. Taxis are expensive. Buses and trains run directly into the city centre. 

Applied Education provides a full orientation program to prepare you for living and studying in Perth.  

Once enrolled with us, you will receive information on the date and location of the orientation program and will be automatically booked into this program. Please contact our Student Support team should your arrival date change in order to arrange an alternative date to attend the program. 

The majority of the population in Western Australia has had three doses of a COVID-19 vaccination. The Australia Government no longer require international inbound travellers to have at least 2 doses of an approved vaccination. However for the latest information, please refer to
