Need Assistance? We're here to help

Feeling overwhelmed as it has been a long time since you studied? Don’t worry, many of our students feel that way, but we’re here to help and have many support options.

So that you can connect to the right team, please read through the different options before selecting which type of support will best address the problem you are experiencing.

 

Getting Started

  • Can’t find where to order textbooks
  • Unsure of the order of study for units
  • Just not sure where you’re at with the course or how to start your course

Platform and Accounting Software Issues

  • Can’t locate a document
  • Unable to download software
  • Can’t open an MYOB File

Learning Concepts

  • Struggling to understand a concept taught in a unit
  • Have a question for an assessor relating directly to the learning material

Go to the Student Platform and check the Unit Forum Student Support Options - where do you start? 1  . If the question has not already been asked, post your question and the assessor will answer in 1-2 business days.

 

Assessment Questions

  • Not sure how to interpret assessment feedback
  • Need to revert your submission to draft
  • Need to talk with an Assessor

Submit a Support Ticket or phone the Assessor helpline 1800 678 073, option 3.

 

Coming to the end of your course

  • Need an extension
  • Need to update your address to receive your certificate

  • For Student Services, choose option 2 (7.30 am - 4 pm)
